Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Wonderlust Adventure, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking your trip.

Booking & Deposit

To secure your spot on any of our group trips, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit guarantees your reservation and allows us to make necessary arrangements in advance.

Cancellations by Traveler

If you decide to cancel your booking after making the deposit:

  • The deposit remains non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • If you have made additional payments beyond the deposit, refunds (if any) will depend on the specific terms outlined for that trip and how close it is to the departure date. Please check the details provided for your trip.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes or emergencies.

Cancellations by Wonderlust Adventure

In the unlikely event that Wonderlust Adventure cancels a trip:

  • You will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
  • Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your payment to another trip or hold it as credit for future use.

Changes by Traveler

If you wish to change your travel dates or switch to another trip:

  • This will be treated as a cancellation and a new booking.
  • Any payments already made may be subject to forfeiture, depending on how close the change is to the original travel date.

Exceptions

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Late arrivals or early departures
  • Unused portions of the trip
  • Personal issues such as illness, visa denial, or flight disruptions
