Hell’s Backbone is far from hell and a must visit in Utah
Want to try the most amazing food off the backgrounds in Utah? Well, you are in for a treat if you are like me and have any interest in roadtripping through Utah’s national parks in future and eager to find amazing food from the local land.
With the urging of a friend who resides in Utah, she mentioned I should detour to Boulder, Utah as it a beautiful part of Utah off the beaten path. If you choose to head out this direction be sure to stop by the Hell’s Backbone property and or choose a few days to stay on the property, which is also an option.
The founder is absolutely lovely and wrote a fantastic cookbook (which she graciously signed for me).
The food as you can see in the photos is absolutely divine and comes from local farmers and their own property. This stop was surely a highlight during my summer tour around the National parks in Utah, summer 2021.
You won’t be disappointed and be sure to let the owner, that Nicole from Wonderlust Adventure recommended you stop by.
Happy road tripping and safe travels.
