I have been to Costa Rica four times and the very first retreat I had the immense pleasure of partnering with a private chef whom I met in 2021 to begin our relationship working together to provide the freshest and most sustainable food. I have had the immense pleasure connecting with a very talented chef and his crew who prepare delectable meals and help visitors indulg in fresh ingredients and food native to Costa Rica. Not only do they prepare fresh food for our meals whilst on the retreat, but they get extremely creative with all the meals prepared. The flavors are ones you won’t forget once you join us in Costa Rica.

Not only will you be talking about the chef prepared meals in Costa Rica for years, but you will be talking about how much fun you have on this upcoming adventure. 

This retreat is one that is close to my heart as there’s something so special about the country of Costa Rica and it matches so nicely with the idea of ‘Pura vida.’ (Pure life in Spanish).

The other key component about going to Costa Rica is the wonderful people who will welcome us upon arrival. I have been introduced to the sweetest most down to earth family family who will pick us up from our hotel the next morning after arrival. The adventure tour guides who will transport us to all our adventures are natives to Costa Rica (known as ticos) and they have been in the tour business for over ten years. 

We will visit so many incredible places to include but not limited to the following: Arenal volcano, thermal hot springs, chocolate making farm tour and dinner, hanging bridges, sloth and local animal sighting which could include birds, native frogs, monkeys and more. 

There are opportunities for massages and paddleboarding or zip lining through the jungle too. Don’t forget relaxation by the incredible fresh salt water pool jacuzzi at the privately gated home where we will spend our days and evenings. 

There is always time to explore the town too and check out the local handicraft stores too. Oh and how could I forget the amazing waterfalls that are sprinkled around Costa Rica.
